1.Which shipping method do you use?

We use various shipping methods, such as Fedex / DHL / UPS / USPS / TNT / GES / DPEX /4PX to ship orders, if you want to assign the shipping method, please contact us to check before place your order.

2.How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location & custom clearance on your country. These are our estimates for Standard Shipping Method:

3.Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days after your purchased, please contact us.

Additional Notes

The cost will be borne by the buyer under following conditions:

  1. If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the buyer.
  2. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.
  3. The buyer shall bear the cost incurred due to the buyer’s cancellation or return of the order when the package left warehouse for personal reasons.
